Meet Our Pastor
Please welcome our new Pastor, Father Jeff Poirot.
Fr. Jeff welcomed the HFCS students on the curb with our Principal, Dr. Shreve, on their first day of school in August and led the assembly in prayer at the end of the first day of classes.
8th Graders were priviledged to have Fr. Jeff lead them in a retreat in the Spring. The focus on the retreat was on different types of prayer. He freely shared with the students his experience in the seminary especially with respect to communicating with the Lord - talking and listening.
Thank you, Fr. Jeff, for being such an inspiriation to all of us.
Fr. Jeff interacted with the students at the Fall Festival even to the point of allowing them to dunk him in the Dunking Booth.
Fr. Jeff presides each Thursday at the all school liturgy. Fr. Jeff is often seen at the school teaching special classes, praying with us, or just making an appearance. In October, the month of the rosary, he joined us for an outdoor rosary on the Hornets' Nest.
