The tuition rates are quoted on an annual basis. Tuition may be paid in full in July or will be collected through FACTS Tuition Management Company on a 2- or 10- month payment schedule beginning in July.
Parish rates apply to those who are registered and active members of Holy Family Catholic Church or a Catholic church in the Diocese of Fort Worth. Members of another Catholic church in the Diocese must provide a letter from their pastor stating that they are active members of that parish.

Registration

Once a child has been accepted to Holy Family Catholic School the non-refundable registration fee must be paid to complete the enrollment process and reserve the child's place at HFCS.

The following are non-refundable fees collected at Final Registration in August:
Technology/Science/Fine Arts

Field Trips
The classroom teacher plans fieldtrips throughout the school year. The total cost of these fieldtrips vary by grade but generally range between $25 to $70 per child.
Parent Teacher Organization
A fee of $20 per child is collected to support the activities of the PTO during the school year.
