From the Principal
HAPPY NEW YEAR! I pray that God blessed all of you during the special season of Christmas.
Next Sunday, we celebrate the Epiphany of the Lord. The Epiphany celebrates the light that has come into the darkness of the world and that our salvation was made known to the Gentiles. Jesus came to enter this life and be with us in it. God revealing Himself to all people in Jesus is something for us to celebrate with thankfulness.
Many thanks for all the Christmas gifts and wishes that were sent to me and my family. I truly appreciate serving each of your children and look forward to a New Year that will bring exciting changes to the school.
Coffee with the Principal will be on Friday, January 6, at 7:45. Please come by and meet with Mr. Herrera in the ABC rooms.
Report Cards will be emailed today. Kindergarten, 4K and 3K will be sent home in the Weekly Folders.
Recognition Ceremony for the second quarter will be in the library at weekly prayer service on Monday, January 9, at 8:00am.

Cold Weather guidelines: If the temperature and/or wind chill is 32 degrees or below, students will be kept indoors. If the temperature and/or wind chill is 33-40 degrees, students will be required to wear a coat or jacket with a sweater/ sweatshirt. Keep in mind the projected high for the day is often reached after lunch recess time. Please send a coat or jacket with a sweater/sweatshirt with your child. It is better to have it and not need it, than to not have it.
