Extra Curricular
Sports
Holy Family Catholic School follows the guidelines in the Diocesan Interscholastic Sports Handbook.
Sports offered may differ from year to year depending on student participation. Typical sports offered by the school include basketball, volleyball, track and field, soccer, softball, and baseball, open primarily to grades 6,7, and 8.
Holy Family School, as well as the diocese, stresses Christian sportsmanship in all phases of all sports between players, coaches, and parents.
An interscholastic sports coordinator is employed by the diocese to implement and supervise the overall program. The principal works with the Holy Family Catholic School sports coordinator and coaches. This school sports coordinator handles individual sports sign-up, physical examination forms, uniform check-out, and communication between the diocese and coaches.
